Flexible episode format
Episodes can be either guest-driven or topic-driven tailored to our guest.
- For guest-driven episodes, the guest’s perspective, experience, and story shape the conversation.
- For topic-driven episodes, the primary goal is to explore a specific topic in depth. In this case, finding the right person who can talk about the topic matters more than name recognition.
